Rental Fleet Manager

We are seeking a motivated Rental Fleet Manager to join our team in Adelaide. This exciting role offers the opportunity to take on a key leadership position in a dynamic industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the utilisation of our rental fleet to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS by delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Oversee on-hire and off-hire processes to ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate vehicle movements, repairs, and servicing to maintain a high-quality fleet.
  • Handle rental documentation and customer payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve results and drive business growth.
  • Comfortable with computer systems (training provided) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • HR or HV licence highly regarded (but not essential) for added flexibility and convenience.
