About Human Resources Coordinators

The People & Performance team is seeking a solutions-focused HR Coordinator to join their team. This integral role provides national support, coordinating and administering HR services that deliver seamless execution of the employee lifecycle.

This opportunity is core to our mission: creating a seamless people experience across the operational employee lifecycle. As an HR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Administering HR employment processes and workflows
  • Managing HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Acting as first point of contact for general inquiries nationally
  • Coordinating and administering national HR projects, including wellbeing initiatives and career management

This is a great generalist role for someone looking to develop breadth and depth of experience across all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle. It creates a strong foundation for developing your People and Performance career in a variety of ways.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • To coordinate and administer HR employment processes and workflows, ensuring seamless execution of the employee lifecycle.
  • To manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • To act as first point of contact for general inquiries nationally, providing timely and effective responses to queries and concerns.
  • To coordinate and administer national HR projects, including wellbeing initiatives and career management, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
