The Design Team Lead has two key responsibilities:

  • To manage, mentor, and coach an established team of Engineers and Designers to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
  • To ensure the very best project management and project delivery for our loyal clientele.

**Key Requirements**

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in design to Australian standards of OH and UG electricity distribution assets.
  • CPEng or NER accreditation.
  • A proven track record in best practice project management of engineering design projects.
  • An understanding of topographical mapping/GIS tools is highly desirable.
