We are seeking a values-driven Contact Centre Assistant to join our team in Burleigh Heads. As a key member of our Contact Centre Team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals accessing our services nationally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first point of contact for prospective clients, their families, service providers, and the general community.
- Support individuals to take the first step towards making positive changes in their lives.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Highly developed skills using MS suite of applications and ability to adapt to our Customer Relations Manager (HIVE) System.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Self-care and ability to manage challenging situations.
