We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our agribusiness valuation and advisory services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rural property valuation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert valuation advice across various agribusiness property types, including large-scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production from cane to crystals, irrigation, bloodstock breeding, training, and agistment, dairies, piggeries, post-farm gate, seafood, and water entitlements/water in isolation.
- Collaborate closely with the agribusiness transaction team to deliver exceptional valuation services to clients.
- Build strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Associate membership of the API and a registered valuer with at least 2-5 years' experience post-CPV qualification.
- Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to generate information that informs sound business decisions.
