We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Property Valuer.

Job Overview
  • Develop comprehensive valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding property-related matters.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Holding a recognised registration as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and maintaining current accreditation with the Australia Property Institute (API).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Property Valuer, with expertise in commercial and residential sectors.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong business acumen and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends.
