Senior Contracts Administrator Role

This is a key commercial position that involves the management of contracts and commercial functions across various projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including negotiation, compliance, and monitoring.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and activities.
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to select, negotiate, and manage vendors.
  • Review and administer project rights, obligations, payment claims, variations, and vendor agreements in line with company procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Provide commercial support to project managers to achieve financial and contractual outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a Senior Contracts Administration role.
  • Solid understanding of Commercial requirements, contract management, subcontract management, cost control in the Civil Engineering industry.
  • Proven experience working on major projects, ideally with the main contractor.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
