Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will work autonomously on their own caseload, delivering home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS. They will also arrange appropriate home modifications and equipment, develop therapy programs to improve clients' daily routines, independence in personal care skills, domestic skills, community skills, and sensory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with AHPRA, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time-management skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

  • Deliver Home-Based Assessments and Interventions: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and deliver targeted interventions to improve their daily routines and independence.
  • Arrange Home Modifications and Equipment: Identify and source necessary home modifications and equipment to support clients' occupational needs.
  • Develop Therapy Programs: Create personalized therapy plans to address clients' sensory requirements, community skills, and domestic skills.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients and referral to appropriate services as needed.
