
Maintenance Operations Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership position that plays a key part in the success of our work execution and people engagement.
The front-line leader will be responsible for coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential, developing and upholding high standards in safety, maintenance practices, and guiding diverse teams to achieve its goals in all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include effective coordination of support resources to enable work groups to achieve short-term and long-term business plans, implementing and achieving sustained improvements in problem-solving through leadership, improving the overall effectiveness of the work group by improving capability, accountability, and applied effort.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong maintenance background, experience working in an alumina/refining processing plant is highly advantageous, although not essential. A deep commitment to safety and the environment is necessary. Highly developed team leadership and communication skills with experience in implementing and leading change initiatives are required.
