Job Summary:
Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure optimal performance and reliability of crushing, screening and beneficiation plant equipment at our Kwinana workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee routine and preventative maintenance tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
- Manage and allocate resources to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement

Requirements:
Relevant trade qualification (Mechanical) and previous leadership experience managing maintenance crews. A minimum 10 years relevant industry experience and proven knowledge and experience of crushing, screening and beneficiation plant equipment maintenance are highly regarded.
