Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the adoption and enablement of Microsoft Copilot AI across business units. This is a 3-month contract based in Melbourne CBD, with 2 days per week onsite.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver day-to-day business unit engagement for Copilot enablement and feature training.
- Set up and run tailored walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions with users across the organisation.
- Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Change Management teams to embed Copilot usage into workflows.
- Capture feedback, identify adoption blockers, and refine change strategies continuously.
- Support internal comms and learning materials to ensure consistent messaging and self-service success.
- Proven experience delivering change management initiatives in large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated exposure to AI-powered tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to engage business users across all levels – from frontline to executive – and simplify technical concepts.
- Experience in retail environments highly regarded.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
