Head of Early Learning Centre

This position involves overseeing the daily operations of a centre, ensuring that high-quality early childhood education is provided to children. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing teams, as well as a strong understanding of pedagogical practices.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, building and encouraging a talented team of early learning professionals, and working with their team to plan for the future of the centre.
- Pivotal role in supporting and developing Teachers and Educators
- Strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities
- Demonstrate expertise in leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and communities
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive business growth and profitability
