Early Learning Centre Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Early Learning Centre administrator to join our team at Mernda Hills Christian College Early Learning Centre. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the efficient and accurate financial and administrative systems of the centre.
Job Description:The Early Learning Centre administrator will provide high-quality reception services and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as providing excellent customer service to parents and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A valid Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- 1-2 years of financial experience, preferably in the early learning sector
- Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft and Google suites
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Faith-based environment - Be part of a Christian early learning community
- Supportive and collaborative team
- Purpose-built facility designed for learning and play
- Peaceful rural location with a close-knit school community
