About the role:
You will lead with vision, heart, and clarity, ensuring that children, families, and educators experience a centre where they feel safe, seen, and supported. With the backing of a proactive management team coupled with a national Head Office, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance and quality aligned to the NQF and EYLF
- Inspire, mentor and manage a team of educators with authenticity and clarity
- Build warm relationships with families and drive community engagement
- Drive enrolments through strong community relationships and an outstanding reputation
- Lead quality improvement and foster a culture of reflection and continuous growth
Ideally, we wouldlove for you to have:
- A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum two years of Centre Manager (or higher) experience in a long day care setting
- A collaborative leadership stylethat uplifts and empowers
- A strong grasp of the NQF, compliance, and safety regulations
- A growth mindset, confident coaching skills, and a genuine commitment to educator development
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
- Community engagement experience, with the confidence to represent the centre locally
