Job Description">

Lead a mixed-billing general practice with a team of dedicated professionals, delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Oversee daily operations, manage rostering, recruitment, and coordinate Medicare billing, work cover, and incentive claims.

Ensure RACGP accreditation standards are met and maintained, liaise with suppliers, and maintain financial records.

This is a hands-on role that involves people leadership, compliance management, and business coordination.

About the Role

  • Manage day-to-day operations and lead front-desk staff
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members
  • Coordinate medical billing, claims, and payment processing
  • Ensure adherence to RACGP accreditation standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
