Project Manager Lead

About the Role:

This is a highly sought-after position for seasoned project leaders to leverage their expertise in managing complex projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil and mining engineering, with extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams.

They will be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery of scope, budget, and quality.

Key responsibilities include managing work programs to deliver engineering services for mine waste management, supporting multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, and leading the design of tailings storage facilities and other earthen structures.

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned project leader with a strong background working on tailings and civil projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications
  • Proven project management experience with multiple coinciding programs and internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams
