Workshop Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Workshop Service Coordinator to manage customer engagement, data entry, and workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing key accounts, communicating customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling, attending to customer payments when required, and controlling vehicle condition reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts
  • Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling
  • Attend to customer payments when required
  • Data entry involving timecards, service information, and invoicing as well as varied tasks from the accounts department
  • Controlling vehicle condition reports while liaising with customers on pick up/drop off
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven administration and customer service experience
  • Experience with workshop operations
  • Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry - transport hydraulics and/or braking will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

The successful candidate must be able to pass a compulsory pre-employment medical, drugs, and alcohol assessment. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.
