Underground Production Leadership Opportunity

The role of Underground Production Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mining operations.

This position requires a highly skilled leader who can oversee the activities of mining operators, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and meet development targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of underground mechanized mining practices and be able to support and mentor team members to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mining operators to ensure safe and efficient operation

  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Western Australian Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency
  • Proven experience in underground mechanized mining
  • Previous supervisory experience in a gold mining environment
  • Demonstrated planning and forecasting knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and mining software
