About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing warm and personalized experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and managing payments, maintaining accurate records, and anticipating guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests with a warm smile and setting the tone for their stay
  • Taking and managing payments to ensure seamless transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or technical expertise with Opera (PMS) is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in the local language is an advantage but not essential
  • Literate and tech-savvy with basic math and computer skills
