Logistics Coordinators are essential to ensure that all material requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role
  • Coordinate logistics objectives on time, managing resources effectively to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, storage, transportation, and delivery solutions.
  • Source quotations from relevant suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual agreements.
  • Preview off-hire charges to minimize losses.
  • Raise transport requests for the movement of assets between sites.
  • Collaborate with regional projects to coordinate arrivals of goods and componentry.
  • Implement reliable transportation and delivery solutions to meet operational needs.
  • Prepare manifests for freight services operating from the Welshpool facility.
  • Manage data and records related to part distribution and processing activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Australia West Assets teams.
  • Cash forecasts, month-end transaction processing, and reporting.
  • Accurate and timely entry of departmental costs and JDE codes.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience working within a busy logistics team, preferably in the mining industry.
