Responsibilities

Align learning preparation with relevant metrics for measuring success (e.g., cloud consumption, survey feedback).
Build awareness of the latest features, technologies, and processes and incorporate those into current learning experiences to ensure quality learning environment and delivery.
Deliver single to multi-day training or other learning experiences in-person or virtually with minimal supervision, leveraging a variety of delivery methods, including presentations, discussions, labs, and simulations.
Use digitally enhanced instructor-led resources to effectively deliver technology-based learning experiences that prepare our IT technicians for local qualifications.
Apply classroom management techniques such as flexible learning, behavioral reinforcement, and time management to reinforce learning and engage with learners to ensure content and concepts are understood and aligned with operational goals.
Create a friendly, supportive environment and encourage learners to ask questions; monitor learners' progress to reinforce important learning; participate in hands-on lab activities; and provide course content feedback to the broader Learning Team.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies
OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a datacenter technician (DCT) or IT hardware/support professional
Minimum 3 years' experience in Datacenter & IT Operations across various functions, with relevant educational or military background
Exceptional written and interpersonal skills
Certifications such as Comp TIA CTT+, ITIL, Prince, Lean Six Sigma, CCNA, MCSE, NET+
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferable)

Background Check Requirements

Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Verification of Australian citizenship via valid passport
