Job Description

As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and development programs to IT technicians. You will work closely with the Learning Team to create a friendly, supportive environment that encourages learners to ask questions and engage with course content.

Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and processes, and incorporating them into current learning experiences. You will also be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences using various delivery methods, including presentations, discussions, labs, and simulations.

You will work in collaboration with the Learning Team to ensure that learners have the skills and knowledge required to meet operational goals. This may involve participating in hands-on lab activities, providing feedback on course content, and contributing to the development of new learning experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as education, IT, or computer technologies
  • At least 2 years of experience in training, education, or a related field

Preferred qualifications include experience as a datacenter technician (DCT) or IT hardware/support professional, as well as certifications such as CompTIA CTT+, ITIL, Prince, Lean Six Sigma, CCNA, MCSE, NET+
