About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Engineer to join our team at NICE. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites, including functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure continuous improvement of the product.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, advocating for best practices in quality assurance.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, contributing to process enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience in software development.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing test strategies for complex software projects.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., JUnit, Cypress).
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing levels (unit, integration regression, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
