Logistics Planning Expert

We are seeking an experienced production planner to join our team in developing and maintaining demand plans, coordinating supply of raw materials, and supporting business growth through efficient production planning.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG production planning, including experience with Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order processes. They will also possess strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans in collaboration with the sales team
- Coordinate the efficient supply of raw materials to meet production plans, ensuring high customer service while optimizing working capital
- Develop short-term and long-term production plans to support business growth and overcome capacity constraints
- Optimize raw and packaging materials supply and purchase lot sizes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- APICS qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience as a production planner in FMCG, including Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning), SAP, or Dynamics
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
