Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.
Inventory / Planning Manager - South West QLD
Overall Purpose of the Job:
Primary Responsibilities and Outputs:
- Efficiently manage stock through the warehouse to optimise resource use and achieve business goals.- Enhance Toll's reputation for leading-edge logistics solutions by optimising planning and inventory control procedures for maximum warehouse efficiency.- Foster collaborative and productive long-term relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.- Continuously review and report on budgets, expenditure, and financial compliance to meet both customer and Toll's financial expectations.- Implement and review people strategies to ensure a positive workplace culture that meets organisational and regional compliance requirements.- Ensure the safety culture meets both organisational and regional standards.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management.- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing inventory systems.- Proven experience in managing operational budgets.- Strong data analysis and report development skills.- Experience in implementing and managing warehouse logistics technology.- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and other office-based technologies.
Qualifications:
- Logistics Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
