Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Process invoices against purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify and process invoices against purchase orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, providing support to the team as needed
  • Manage supplier records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
  • Distribute remittance advice to suppliers, ensuring timely payment
  • Provide professional and prompt customer service to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements
  • Experience with financial software systems, preferably Oracle/JDE
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in an accounts payable role, with a focus on financial transaction management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
