Job Description

The role of Site Facilities Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of school facilities, ensuring they run smoothly, safely and cost-effectively.

  • Lead subcontractor management to ensure quality, safety and value.
  • Deliver services aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and legislative standards.
  • Manage site safety inductions and routine maintenance plans.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, clients and contractors.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering or asset maintenance.
  • A strong understanding of WHS and FM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
