Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our IT department in Sydney. The primary role of this position is to provide technical assistance to employees experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and customer-focused support to all users of Information Technology.
  • Coordinate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming employee calls regarding technical issues and information technology concerns involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel.
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support.
  • Assist in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of internal systems.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in printer setup and basic network knowledge, including TCP/IP configurations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse scanners and ability to support endpoint devices such as laptops, mobile phones, and printers.
  • Good understanding of Oracle ERP, Intune MDM, Mac OS, and MECM imaging.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory group policies, memberships, and containers.
  • Tech skills required for Teams Room support, including setup and maintenance of Neat and Poly technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
