This role will involve providing leadership to the Infrastructure and Application team, managing team performance and developing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving IT monitoring systems, operating systems, cyber risk management, IT infrastructure and applications.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Providing strategic leadership to the Infrastructure and Application team.
  2. Managing and improving IT monitoring systems, operating systems, cyber risk management, IT infrastructure and applications.
  3. Monitoring the Infrastructure and Application team's service level performance to prevent breaches.
  4. Conducting root cause analysis and reporting on major incidents.
  5. Establishing and developing relationships with key business stakeholders.
  6. Developing and delivering monthly reports on team performance against service delivery targets.

The successful candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Demonstrated experience in an Infrastructure or Applications role.
  2. Proven ability to lead an IT technical and Application team.
  3. Extensive knowledge of AWS, hybrid cloud, backup solutions, Microsoft 365, ERP.
  4. An excellent communicator who understands the business needs and can articulate in technical terms.
  5. Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
  6. ITIL Foundation required.
