Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Operations Development Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for proposing and executing growth strategies for the manufacturing team, developing and managing KPIs, and managing equipment/tool design and implementation.

The successful candidate will also lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles, collaborate with suppliers and external resources to develop and implement process improvement plans, and interface with the Quality group to resolve Manufacturing-related CAPAs.

Additionally, the selected candidate will have experience with Statistical Process Control concepts, Minitab Statistical Analysis software, and application of Quality Tools such as 5 Whys, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Pareto Charts, and DOE-Design of Experiments.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or closely related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management
  • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 Quality System Regulations
