Oncology Ward Clinical Lead

As a dynamic and patient-focused Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and operational direction to our Oncology ward. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of evidence-based nursing care and managing human, financial, and material resources.

Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and quality management to the Oncology ward.
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based and effective.
- Manage human, financial, and material resources efficiently.
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Working with Children check.
- Previous experience as a Nurse Unit Manager or equivalent (minimum 3 years).
- Compliance with ACSQHC National standards.
- A strong commitment to developing in a management role.
