Clinical Team Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are coordinated and managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to the ward team, promoting best practices in patient care and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital-acquired infections
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or higher qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a nursing management role, preferably in an oncology setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and quality improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
