Professional Care Delivery

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to provide high standards of professional care, planning and implementing patient plans in accordance with individual needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support, providing clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with patients, families, medical professionals and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the specific needs of patients
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to our care staff
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
  • Responding effectively in emergency situations

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a registered nurse
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care settings
  • Prior experience in a clinical leadership role (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
