Content Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in growing a career in campaign and project management within a creative agency environment.

  • Campaign Coordination: Support end-to-end delivery of content campaigns across print, digital, social, and video. Manage timelines, briefs, feedback, and internal scheduling.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.
  • Budget & Admin Support: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and project financial documentation.
  • Creative Workflow Management: Help brief creatives, track asset delivery, and manage approval processes to meet brand and deadline requirements.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination, or production and recent graduates in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient with project management tools like Trello, Google Workspace and ideally WoodWing Studio.
  • Comfortable working within high-volume content frameworks.
  • Familiar with multi-stage review processes and complex administrative workflows.
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong admin and time management skills.
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a collaborative, creative agency setting.
