We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Research and Development team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across various industries, including mining, manufacturing, software, and life sciences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and driven professional to leverage their technical expertise and consulting skills to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

  • You will lead R&D tax claims for clients, ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
  • You will build trusted relationships with finance and technical stakeholders.
  • You will identify and scope eligible R&D activities and expenditures under current legislation.
  • You will advise on government grants and incentives.
  • You will review technical and financial documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
  • You will mentor junior team members and support their development.
  • You will ensure accurate documentation of R&D activities in line with regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in STEM, Software Engineering, Commerce, or Law.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
