Opportunity for a Clinical Social Worker
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at The North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre. This part-time role involves working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and interventions for patients in a rehabilitation setting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high degree of flexibility. They will be responsible for providing timely interventions, contributing to holistic discharge planning, and participating in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and timely interventions
- Contribute to holistic discharge planning
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Display exceptional time management and flexibility
- Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Selection Criteria:
