Regional Sales Leader

As a Regional Sales Professional, you will be part of an agile network of talented and ambitious people working across more than 60 countries. Your primary objective is to engage, connect, and collaborate with colleagues worldwide, seizing opportunities to learn, create, and develop your potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional market strategies for FLS products, focusing on Pumps, Cyclones, Valves, Hose & Rubber.
  • Establish new installed base and aftermarket strategies to increase market share in traditional markets and identify new market opportunities.
  • Grow the revenue base for FLS product offerings by continuously improving operational efficiency and technical competence of the local team.
  • Contribute strongly to overall company results, culture, and development.

Job Scope:

  • Lead the sales process for FLS Products, establishing and maintaining key customer relationships, proposing technical solutions, and negotiating orders.
  • Develop strategies to protect the installed base of FLS and ensure customers are supported technically and operationally within the broader FLS products & Site Sales support networks.
  • Manage multiple conflicting engagements and prioritize outcomes of cross-regional teams to deliver on customer committed deliverables.
  • Be responsible for new business development, prospecting new clients, and increasing business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Metallurgy or significant field service technical solutions selling experience.
  • At least 10 years of specific FLS or competitor products experience (Pumps, Cyclones, Valves, Hose & Rubber) covering technical capital proposals and field troubleshooting within the mineral processing industry.
  • Expert level of understanding of FLS PCV or competitor products solutions highly regarded.
  • Existing strong network of key stakeholders within the mineral processing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and credibility both internally and with external clients.
  • Demonstrated business acumen to develop realistic business plans with stretch targets.
