About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals with a genuine interest in a career in aged care for multiple part-time trainee positions. This role is available in our Aged Care Centre at our facility.

This exciting program includes undertaking a Certificate III in Individual Support qualification, delivered by a reputable academy, whilst gaining on-the-job experience and secure employment in the rapidly growing aged care sector.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • A commitment to completing the Certificate III in Individual Support qualification.
  • The ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (combination of work and study).
  • A compassionate heart - you're empathetic, adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life.
  • A passion to begin your career in the aged care sector.
  • Flexibility and availability to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and evenings.
  • You must be residing or working in New South Wales and an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • You must not have already completed or started studying a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification.
