Powder Coater Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Powder Coater to create high-quality finishes for various products. As a Powder Coater, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable powder coating company and develop your skills in applying uniform coatings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to be coated.
  • Mix and apply powder coatings to aluminium surfaces using various application methods.
  • Ensure that the coating is applied consistently and meets quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and work area according to safety protocols.
  • Keep inventory of powder coating materials and order supplies as necessary.
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in using powder coating equipment and techniques.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with handheld tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable transportation.
