Job Overview

The Finishes Manager will be responsible for overseeing the completion of all finishing elements, including coordination with secondary subcontractors. This role requires a strong leadership and direction to the site team.

About the Role:
  • Coordinating finishing tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Scheduling and managing work programs
  • Providing clear guidance and direction to the site team
  • Participating in regular site meetings and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of finishing elements, including coordination with subcontractors
  2. Develop and implement work schedules to meet project deadlines
  3. Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals
  4. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and protocols
What We're Looking For:
  • Trade-qualified individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Proven track record of successfully managing subcontractors and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
