As a group exercise instructor, you will have the opportunity to lead high-energy workouts and create a safe and engaging environment for participants of all levels. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality group exercise programs, working collaboratively with other team members, and contributing to the overall success of our health-focused initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team-based environment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering group exercise programs that cater to diverse needs and interests, leading high-energy workouts that promote physical activity, fun, and safety, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to participant queries and concerns
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement fitness events and promotions
Requirements

To be successful as a group exercise instructor, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Relevant qualifications in group fitness instruction (e.g., certification in Les Mills Programs)
  • Experience in leading group exercise classes, preferably in a public or corporate setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
