**The Role**

This position is a casual role working across our **_Illawarra, Fairy Meadow, Wollongong & Warilla_** clubs. As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to:

- Generate leads and convert them into memberships
- Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
- Be available to work on Saturdays and maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards

To thrive in this role, you’ll need these required certificates:

- First Aid
- CPR
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check

- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new people
- Strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous growth and career advancement
- Availability to work in the evenings (3pm/4pm-7pm) and on Saturdays
