Our organization is seeking a skilled Pet Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves working in a fun and energetic environment, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional pet care services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the grooming of various dog breeds, ensuring each pet receives top-notch care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and comments, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent service.
- Provide personalized attention to each pet, creating a welcoming and stress-free experience for owners.

We are Looking for Someone Who:

- Possesses prior experience as a professional groomer, ideally with at least one year of experience.
- Is able to efficiently groom 5-6 dogs per day, utilizing provided bathing and drying facilities.
- Displays confidence when handling animals, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
- Demonstrates flexibility and a team-oriented mindset, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of pet care meets high standards.
- Is a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and grow within the role.
