AR Function Lead

A skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist is required to lead all aspects of the AR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming funds including credit card payments;
  • Process payment reconciliations and offsets;
  • Process new customer accounts, performing thorough credit checks;
  • Produce customer statements and maintain accurate records;
  • Assist in audit preparation and perform month-end processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and debt collection;
  • A qualification in Finance or Accounting is desirable;
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
