This is an exciting opportunity to work as a communications specialist, driving adoption across transformation programs and collaborating closely with change managers, UX designers, and business leaders. As part of this team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering creative communication strategies, designing high-quality campaign assets using the Adobe Creative Suite, and tailoring your work to align with client brand styles, tone of voice, and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to drive adoption and engagement across transformation programs.
  • Design High-Quality Campaign Assets: Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling campaign materials, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with change managers, UX designers, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Consulting or Communications: Possess a strong background in consulting, change management, or communications, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Be highly skilled in using the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex communication challenges.
