Wills & Estates Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Wills and Estates lawyer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our practice group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and services to our clients.

">Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Wills and Estates law, with experience in succession planning, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and occasional litigation and mediation work. They will be able to provide sophisticated advice to a predominantly high-net-worth client base, with a focus on building deep client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Wills and Estates law, with a minimum of 3 years' PAE
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including expertise in succession planning, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and occasional litigation and mediation work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
