Field Service Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Field Service Technician in our Melbourne branch.

About the Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, repairs and breakdown services on various types of material handling equipment across Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintain and repair mechanical equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers.
  • Accurately record job sheets, timesheets and administrative components.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license.
  • Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
  • Forklift License & LPG Certificate would be advantageous but not essential.
