Education Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support learning processes for students from various backgrounds and needs.

This role involves working with a dynamic team, helping students understand learning materials and concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in Foundation, Skills and Languages, and be able to support Head Teachers with organisational tasks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for tracking student progress, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting learning processes for students from diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Working collaboratively with the teaching team to provide a supportive learning environment
  • Tracking student progress and providing feedback to teachers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Education or related qualification
  • Ability to understand learning materials and processes in General Education/Prevocational area
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meet selection criteria outlined in position description
