About the Role
The Dragline Operator will be responsible for operating mobile machinery and other plant in an open-cut environment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work cooperatively within a team to achieve safe production targets. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, health, and the environment, and will be able to apply technical expertise to solve problems and deliver results.
About You
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a dragline operator
- A valid 'C' Class Driver's license
- Experience operating Marion 8050 and Bucyrus 1370 draglines
- Demonstrated experience operating D10 and D11 dozers
- Experience handling dragline cables
- Demonstrated experience operating a cable tractor
- Experience operating graders is also preferred
