Job Role:

We're seeking a driven professional to join our recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month maternity leave cover, with potential to extend.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Centre Directors and Operational Support Managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard talent for our centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and select high-quality candidates for various centre positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Centre Directors and Operational Support Managers to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.

Requirements

  • Background in recruitment or a related field with 1-3 years' experience.
  • Strong understanding of early learning roles and responsibilities within a centre.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with systems, such as Applicant Tracking Systems.
